We share your information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose:

• KEM-CRM, our customer management system, hosted on Google Firebase, which stores your inquiry and job records
• Microsoft 365, which delivers the email notification of your inquiry to our office
• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides cookieless traffic analytics
• Google Maps Platform, which powers the address suggestions on our forms
• When required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety

We keep your information only as long as we have a reason to:

• Inquiries that do not become jobs: 24 months, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us
• Customers we have done work for: 10 years, which matches the period under Florida law during which a construction claim can be brought
• Warranty records: the length of your warranty plus 2 years, so we can honor it
• Text message consent records: as long as required by telecommunications rules

After those periods we delete the records or strip them of anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website sets one cookie. It remembers whether you are reading the site in English or Spanish, so your choice survives from page to page. It contains no personal information and is not used for advertising.

Our traffic analytics are cookieless. We can see that a page was visited and roughly where from, but visitors are not given an identifier and are not tracked from site to site or across sessions.

If you arrive from a search result, an ad, or another website, your browser also keeps a short note of where you came from and which page you landed on, for as long as that browser tab stays open. It is held on your device rather than in a cookie, and it is discarded when you close the tab. If you send us a request, that note travels with it so we can tell which part of the site brought you to us. It is never used to identify you or to follow you anywhere else.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers. Because of that this site does not need a cookie consent banner.

The address field on our forms uses Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses as you type. This means the characters you type into that field, and your IP address, are sent to Google while you are typing, and Google handles that information under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, you can type your address into the city, state, and ZIP fields directly and ignore the suggestions.

Our website is hosted by Vercel, our email runs on Microsoft 365, and our customer records are held in KEM-CRM on Google Firebase. Each processes your information under its own terms in order to provide that service to us.
